Why is Laura Loomer considered a controversial figure within the conservative media ecosystem?

Honestly, can you blame him? He just wants someone to look at him with the same look of utter adoration Melania once gave to Canada’s Justin Trudeau. Not a look I’ve ever seen on Melania’s face when looking at Trump, but one Loomer frequently gives him… perhaps it makes him overlook the fact that she looks like a botched AI-rendering of a human being.

Comedian Bill Maher has already weighed in on the matter, calling the Loomer-Trump liaison “an arranged relationship”. To which Loomer responded by threatening to sue Maher. Is this the type of drama a political party needs at the height of an election that could be, by all accounts, damn-near existential for both sides of the political coin and the nation in which they reside? I doubt it.

Above we see Loomer having a beer with self-described white nationalist Nick Fuentes. Trump praises the woman, defending her from criticism from within his own party. Calls her “a free spirit”… that’s what his words say. His body language, on the other hand, sings a whole different tune.

What factors may contribute to intelligent individuals identifying as Republican rather than Democrat in the United States today?

Why is Laura Loomer controversial? Because she is toxic and burns down whatever she touches. Because she’s best pals with the likes of Nick Fuentes, and because she goes after all those who dare criticize her with all the venom and all the lack of class of the villain from the movie Mean Girls. If I were an advisor of the Trump campaign I’d tell him to get rid of the woman — but that’s kind of hard to do when she’s banging the boss.

Because she’s the type of person who, when feuding with another controversial conservative figure like Marjorie Taylor-Greene, will compare her genitalia to “roast beef”, and will “out” another Republican senator, Lindsey Graham, as homosexual for daring to call her toxic. Laura Loomer is an unguided missile. She’s not really in the eco-system, she floats around its surface. And then, suddenly, she found herself in Donald Trump’s inner circle…
